Class expects class acceptance documentation that proves exactly what was done and lets an auditor verify it in minutes. In practice, they look for clean traceability and clause mapping, not prose. Therefore, our standard pack includes:

  • Traceability. Specifically, asset ID, serials, maker/model, location, date/time; tool IDs cross-referenced to calibration certificates with due dates; technician and Master/witness signatures.

  • Functional reset. After testing, release-gear is reset and locked back per maker; a post-test inspection confirms no hazards outstanding.

  • Document control. Furthermore, versioning, page X of Y, unique filename, revision/date stamps, and PDF/A output with embedded fonts.

  • PMS mapping. Consequently, each finding is mapped to the ship’s PMS task/asset; the bundle is mirrored onboard and ashore with a quick bridge pack for PSC/class.

  • Witnessing. When applicable, RO/class attendance is recorded.
